Join us for a great day of family fun to raise funds to benefit our local law enforcement and first responder heroes! Presented by the Jess Rousey Honoring Heroes Foundation (a 501c3 nonprofit that supports local first responders) and is Hosted by Hardy Family Automotive Chevrolet GMC in Dallas, GA.  

Come check out some awesome cars, meet local celebrity K9s, browse our vendor fair, enjoy food trucks and family entertainment!  It's going to be a ton of fun for a great cause!  We hope to see you there!

Please note, due to the presence of multiple working K9s, no pets allowed.

CAR SHOW PARTICIPANT INFORMATION 

For smoother arrival & setup, please register in advance online if possible!   

All Makes, Models, Cars, Trucks, Jeeps, and Bikes Welcome!

All Show Participants - please arrive between 8:00 - 9:00 am to check in, set up, and enter to win great prizes! 

Please be in place and ready at event start time of 10:00 am.

CAR SHOW ENTRIES - Please enter the Hardy Chevrolet Parking Lot Off of Macland Road, there will be someone there to check you in and direct you accordingly.

 

This event is organized and ran by the Jess Rousey Honoring Heroes Foundation, a local 501c3 nonprofit charitable foundation not affiliated with Hardy Automotive.
The purpose of this event is a charity fundraiser, it is for entertainment & fundraising purposes.

We will be providing some awards and prizes.  

Our goal is to offer a fun event while supporting a great cause!

 

VENDORS - 

Please follow all arrival / setup instructions in the vendor packet that will be emailed to you.  Plan to arrive between 8:00 am - 9:00 am through the side entrance off of Charles Hardy Pkwy to avoid car show traffic and check-in! For smoother flow please do not mix with the car show entries coming off Macland. 

The vendor space is 10’ x 10’ and vendors are responsible for bringing everything they need for their booth including tents, weights, tables, chairs, payment processing options, etc. This is an outdoor festival with no electricity. The event is one day only, rain or shine unless severe inclement weather or acts of God force cancelation. All entry fees go directly to the 501c3 charity as a charitable contribution, no refunds are issued.

Vendors without the proper tent weights will be asked to take their tent down to prevent potential harm to other participants.  

 

ATTENTION VENDORS -

 

• Food Vendors must be pre-approved prior to registering and paying.  Email contact@honoring-heroes.org for approval PRIOR to paying.

• Some franchises only allow one rep. per event. - Please email contact@honoring-heroes.org to confirm that your spot is available. It is the vendors responsibility to confirm that your spot is available, especially for FOOD and MLM vendors.

 

• There are no refunds.
